How are sessions delivered? Sessions can be 1:1 or in small groups. They are delivered online via Zoom, or in-person if agreed. 4. How long are coaching sessions? 1:1 sessions are typically 60 -90 minutes, and group sessions are usually 90- 120 minutes. 5. How do I book a session? You can book via the contact form on this website, or follow the booking link provided. Payment is required in advance. 6. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule? Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be non-refundable. 7. Do I need any special equipment or experience? No experience or special equipment is needed. For online sessions, a computer, tablet, or phone with internet access is all you need. 8. Are sessions confidential? Yes. Everything discussed during coaching is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of serious harm). 9. What results can I expect? Coaching outcomes depend on your personal effort and commitment. We cannot guarantee specific results, but we aim to provide support, clarity, and actionable strategies to help you progress. 10.
